Specialized takes entry level to the next level with the Hardrock V 650b. Crafted from their A1 Premium aluminum, the frame is light, durable and nimble, while the SR Suntour fork serves up 75mm of bump-busting travel. Its tough 650b aluminum rims are ready for years of commuting and singletrack riding, and the Shimano 21-speed drivetrain makes hills doable. Plus, the Hardrock comes with powerful linear-pull brakes and a suite of low-maintenance Specialized components, including a supportive Body Geometry saddle.

Great bike for getting back into cycling after over 10 years of not riding a bike. Mainly use for recreation & keeping up with my young kids on their bikes. Durable, light weight, aluminum frame is a plus at this price. Solid build. Only change I made was adding a more comfortable saddle, other than that, perfect.
